World Wind Energy Association:  WWEA represents more than 140 members in more than 50 countries, mainly national associations, scientific institutes and companies. Wrbep (Western Regional Biomass Energy Program):  The Western Regional Biomass Energy Program (WRBEP) is one of five Regional Biomass Energy Programs established and funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Thirteen states participate in the WRBEP including Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
