Clean Cities:  This site is developed and supported by the Russian Centre of UNEP’s Global Resources Information Database Program (GRID-Moscow). It contains details of official documents, projects and programmes directed towards the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, especially for members of the public interested in the Kyoto agreements and actions within the framework of the UNFCCC.
